In Loving Memory of Simba Toney

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Simba Toney, a deeply cherished member of the Toney family. Simba was a gentle, shy soul whose quiet presence brought comfort, warmth, and joy to those lucky enough to know him.

Simba is lovingly remembered by his devoted parents, Liz and John Toney; his grandparents, Anita and Tim, John and Brenda, and Dustin and Valerie; and his fur siblings—Clementine and Meatball, his playful cat brothers, Lily, his sweet cat sister, and Bullet, his energetic dog brother.

Simba found happiness in life’s simple pleasures: peaceful moments, tasty snacks, and cozy snuggles. While he preferred calm environments and wasn’t fond of being chased by Bullet or surrounded by too much commotion, he truly thrived during quiet, one-on-one time. In those moments, his loving and affectionate nature shined brightest, forming deep and meaningful bonds with his family.

His passing came suddenly due to an unexpected illness, leaving an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved him. In his final moments, Simba was surrounded by the people who adored him most—a testament to the love he gave and received throughout his life.

Though his time with us was far too short, Simba’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family forever. His gentle spirit, soft presence, and unconditional love will never be forgotten.
